Who can attend?
PLASA Focus Glasgow is a trade event open to anyone who works, or who has an interest, in the entertainment technology industry. Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted.
How can I register for the show?
Registration is not open yet. Click here to be the first to know when registration opens.
Is the show free to attend?
Registration and entry is completely free of charge, including the seminar programme, audio demos and training sessions.
How do I receive my badge?
Once you have registered, you will receive an email containing your e-badge. Please print this badge and bring it with you to ensure speedy entry.
How do I get a visa letter?
If you require an invitation letter to assist your visa application to enter the UK, please select ‘Visa Letter’ when completing your visitor registration. You will be asked to enter your passport details and the letter will be sent to you with your registration confirmation email.

How do I get there?
PLASA Focus Glasgow 2020 is situated in central Glasgow, just off the M8 motorway and a few minutes’ walk from Glasgow Central train station.

Is the event accessible for those with disabilities?
PLASA Focus Glasgow requires that all exhibitors ensure exhibition stands are easily accessible to visitors using wheelchairs.
Are seminars free to attend?
Yes, seminars are free to attend. Please note that the seminar programme is very popular so arrive in good time!
Can I conduct business at the show?
Procurement of business or distribution of materials by non-exhibitors is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the show.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the halls, simply enter your email address to log in.
Can I take photos at the show?
Photography in the halls is strictly forbidden without prior agreement with the organisers and specific exhibitors. Any visitors infringing this regulation will be asked to leave.
